Gentlemen,
Advise in short and sweet sentences, no "search noob" replies allowed and play nice. This thread my become the sticky and reference point for this board.
Opinions are def welcome, proof of cost would be nice to back up claims.

A very popular upgrade for FCs are BNR hybrid turbos.
http://bnrsupercars.com/
They offer higher peak hp, and have various other modifications to the turbos to reduce boost creep and such. Best part about them is they will bolt right up to your stock manifold. Prices are listed on website.

well anywhere from 350-450 my brother wants more but i think that will be to expensive and not good for everyday use.
My intended use is recreational track and just having fun
Plus it already has bigger injectors full RB exhaust and streetported and apexi ECU

There is a big difference between 350HP and 450HP.
350HP is at the level of hybrid stock turbos and stock replacement ECUs (RTek).
450HP is a full turbo upgrade and a standalone.
Your Apex'I ECU (do you mean an S-AFC?) won't be of any use here.
So, 350HP or 450HP?
Also a 450HP 2nd gen will try to kill you at every opportunity. If you've never driven a fast car before, and hell, even if you have, it will be an eye opener.

I'm not familiar with it (don't even know the specs off hand) but it is a popular option. This thread may help and there are plenty others:
