Normal Wear and Tear

The 85 SE that I just picked up (luckily for a very cheap price) apparently needs a new Oil Cooler, Drive shaft, Transmission Mount, and Steering Box. The Engine itself is apparently very strong and in good shape. Does this seem an abnormal amount of worn out parts on a RX with 147k?

Tranny mount should be changed with the clutch. Steering box is what it is, pretty much. Drive shaft, yeah, if it was abused. Oil cooler, sounds odd. But it all goes with the territory.

If that's all that's wrong with it, you got off easy in my opinion
