Hey my buddy has an 87 na that used to be my car til i bought a tii and he wanted me t look at it cause when you put it in any gear it acts like its in neutral and will not move the car at all or seem like it even engages. You can feel it go into the gear though so its not like its just staying in neutral. I think its either the cluch is gone or the trans. Not sure but were gonna pull the tranny and see what it looks like. Any help on this would be nice, thanks.

 

Sounds like a broken transmission. Try 4th gear and see if that tries to move the car.

 

differential could be shot, see if the drive line is moving when its in gear
