no boost
hello, ive looked in faq about fd turbo problems but still dont know whats up,i have a 1997 fd,factory twins, that ive owned for 5yrs,it has been very reliable untill today.it was running good on the way to the service station when getting gas, then when i left the station had no boost at all from both seqential turbos,i have replaced all the silicon vacum hoses that i could get at years ago and they are all fine,im not sure i have a leak more like something else, there is no sound from the greedy blow off valve at all but a whistling sound some where, there doesnt appear to be any cracks on the hoses, the car doesnt smoke so dont think its the turbos that have gone, any help would be good,i will keep looking,thanks....

In my experience turbos don't fail 'all of a sudden'. They tend to go gradually, with smoke and occasionally some noise. Not while your getting gas. So I agree your turbos are probably fine and the problem is elsewhere. You said you check hoses, but have you checked all your couplings and pipes to and from the intercooler? Particularly the one from the turbos to the cross-over.....I think the 97 models still used a coupler and that's the one that's prone to issues because of all the heat. The whistling sound you hear is probably key. Find the source and you've likely found your problem.
