* Google knows all: Apexi Power FC Hand Commander instruction manual (RX7 FD3S)

* Tow strap around the front crossmember would be my first choice if pulling onto a flatbed...along with boards or race-ramp due to the low profile of the car.
* Not my car, but I have the same tow hooks front and rear. They're produced aftermarket of course. Mine were made by Rennenmetal. I don't they're around any longer. But I see them come up now and then in the 3rd Gen. Parts for Sale section. The rear required the factory bracket used as a tie-down for shipping.

Edit: Just realized I didn't attach photos....

Sgtblue, this tow hook mounts on the driver's side only, or on driver's and passenger's?

And if Rennenmetal is no longer available, you have a recommendation? Thanks.

The rear tie-down hoop requires the OEM tie-down bracket which bolts to the chassis of the car. That's the black portion that you see in the picture. I've only seen those brackets for the LR.
