Try this quick technique.

Try this, under your steering wheel there is a relay, detach it and crank till your engine wants to turn.. as soon as it seems it wants to turn re-connect it right away. let us know if that worked. pictured of that relay looks like this one.

Take out the plugs, and remove the EGI fuse( engine bay fuse block) ,and roll the engine over without the plugs in,That will expel any gas that is in the engine.(roll over about 10 seconds)
Clean the plugs up,(you can touch the plugs with a flame and burn off any gas but do not HOLD under the flame for a long period of time).
Put about a tablespoon or so of Motor oil in the spark plug holes and roll the engine over for about 3 seconds,
Then Put the plugs back in.,and put the fuse back in.
Start with NO foot on the pedal.
It may need to be repeated but this is a tried and true Deflood procedure.

Do you mean the stud that it goes onto with a M6x1.0 locknut, or the phillips head screws that hold the blind cover on the CAS? All of these see under 10ft.lbs of torque and the CAS mounting stud is integrated into the front cover. Trying to weld a bolt on there would be difficult to impossible because of the dissimilar metals being joined. If you do need to replace the front cover, I have a spare one if you're interested. Pretty sure it's S4
