Picture 1 seems to show the auto adjusting suspension connector (not used on all cars) and a torn heater hose.
Picture 2 is unclear what you are referring to in "what's this" and it appears the connector on the passenger side is a spare test connector.
In picture 3 you have highlighted the A/C connections.
The Factory Service Manual can be found in the FAQ For FC thread. It contains all this information and more, and is an essential tool for any sort of service work that needs to be performed on these cars.
Additionally, the Haynes service manual for the 1986 thru 1991 RX-7 (both turbo and NA) can be found at most local auto parts stores or purchased from any good bookstore (ISBN number 1 56392 007 7). It is only about $25 and is a great quick reference for things like this. Not only does it contain most of the information in the FSM condensed into an easy to read format, but it includes full wiring diagrams as well.
These manuals will answer 99% of service related questions for the car and if you intend to do your own repair work, you will need at least one of them. Preferably both, since the FSM is a free download.
You'll want to review this before trying to start the car:

Maybe this picture will help a little on explaining the third picture where i asked "whats this?"
in other pictures i have seen what looks to be an air pump or some type of belt driven device where the anti-freeze is sitting.
(said picture of "bolts?")

two other engine bays.

the previous took out the power steering and air conditioning in your rx7. thats why some openings along the firewall are left open instead of having hoses on them and why the threaded studs are in the engine still. you can take them out with pliers and turning em to the left. the green connectors are for testing purposes only
Pic #3 Random Connector appears to be the fuel check connector which should be a Yellow plastic plug featuring two wires where one is Black and the other Brown. If this is it it is used to help turn on the fuel pump w/key to on so one could check for fuel leaks after working on the car/engine, and also to run diagnostic tests to figure out what is wrong w/the car during trouble shooting.

"Here" = power steering unit
"And here" = A/C compressor
Check the parts for sale section if you want to buy used parts. If you really want A/C you could be new compressor for maybe $300 and not have to worry about having a very old used unit crapping out on you.
Pic #2 See where the other end of the hose runs to. Does it lead to the fire wall or to the Brake Booster (large round thing that connects to the Brake Master Cylinder.

Clearly the "whats this" are just the studs for the bracket mounting the power steering/AC pumps. Cars will have these whether equipped with those accessories or not.
cab id like the a/c unit if you have it still, and if you have the power steering laying around anywhere that would be great too, ( i thought they were connected, maybe i was wrong?)
how much for it?

sorry for the double post, but i finally got my car to my house, and accessed the damage... theres alot of pictures i took, hoping for a vast overlook of all pictures and a list of stuff thats wrong, or looks out bad/out of place.

Alright just giving you a heads up on what at least one of the 20 pictures is. Also another one is of your brake fluid tank wrapped with some type of dirty cloth and another is either a ground for the e fan or the p.o. made a ghetto mount for the fan where the stock fan used to bolt up.
The two little lights prob go 2 the green port by the coil next to the batt. Should be three wires i think on 6 port connector(green). The # of times they flash means something. Its a code tester and there is a list here somewhere sayin which is which. Good start.

I'm not sure I'm going to have time to list what is wrong with that engine bay. It is bordering on easier to say what isn't wrong.
Everything about that e-fan is wrong.
The wiring around the leading coil is odd.
The broken relay in under the dash needs to be replaced.
Undertray is missing.
Coolant line from top of rad is terrifying...
