CA Need a Mechanic

I had my 89 rx7 non-turbo for a while now and i need it running. it was running before and still cranks but it has a hard time turning on--when i checked the spark plugs there was a mixture of excess oil with some water and gasoline. i can get the engine to start but it takes a while and im afraid that might do some damage by forcing it (eventhough thats how one probably cleans inside the rotary chambers of the unwanted liquids?). anyhow, when the engine does start, there is blueish whiteish smoke but always goes away when the engine seems warm. not too sure about the compression but the car runs faily strong with no hesitations. this is where i made my first mistake as a new rotary owner. i allowed my uncle of mechanical expericance to SEAL the oil leak the engine had behind where the radiator hose goes into the engine (it leaked form the inside out and now its the opposite). he must have missed something and now i have a problem i didnt have before he touched it. --as a note: i changed the spark plugs when i got the car before my beloved uncle touched the engine new to him and found the plugs to be worn out but clean of any liquids (literatly dry). now i need to find someone to releive me of this problem and get my fc to run again. i would dedicate myself to learn but school is my main focus right now, preferably someone who is willing to work at my house($$$), if not then let me know when and where.

i am aware that this might be a apex seal problem but many are quick say the engine needs a rebuilt. the engine ran really good, about 40000miles since its last rebuilt, and still does if i get it running but the turning on part is not doing so good. i need a mechanic. someone help please. thank you.

Blue smoke is usually a sign of oil burn like you mentioned. Water sounds odd however and it initially made be think it was coolant. If the water smells sweet, it probably is coolant and will require a rebuild.

I don't think apex seals would cause that kind of oil burn since the apex seals are primarily for compression.

Shops will do the work, I used R&R Rotary over in Glendora and they did a fair job with a reasonable turn around when I had mine rebuilt a few years back.

the water i mentioned is probably coolant, my mistake. here are some pictures of where the engine was sealed

the pictures showing above show the three places where the engine was sealed. the engine turned on like it should and drove. it lasted a week on the road before it started taking longer to turn on, where it eventually became a problem. is it possible that my decision created the seals to damage since excess coolant and oil constantly drowned the rotarys?
i really appreciate your concern. thank you.
