Hey guys i have a 1988 mazda rx7 s4 non turbo 5 speed.

It doesnt start its like its flooded smokes exactly at 4500rpm but not before. Im not sure if its the apex seals are going out or maybe a bad omp? Has anyone had this problem its really hard to start

 

SO it does start and runs..BUT it smokes when you get above 4500rpm?
Oil control Rings.

 

If the car continues to flood and smoke like that the only real answer is a rebuild.

 

check the compression.
