Need help identifying Good vs Bad Housings and Rotors

I am going to be getting back to look at the internals of a REW block I pulled apart. Does anyone have some insight for what is deemed good or bad? Chipping on the edge? How much is too much? Chatter, how to determine if its mild or severe? Any other parts I should check for aside from checking clearance dimensions?
