is it worth time and money to do twin turbo swap? or should i build the hell out of turbo II?

the twin turbo setup used on the FD was poorly designed. or so i've heard. never dealt with it. its almost too much work to try and get it to work right.
way better to take taht money and build a monster S5 turbo 2.
