n/a to turbo quesion

ok well im making my n/a turbo. im putting the stock tii turbo on my car which is an 86 by the way. i read everything bout aaron cakes swap. and im building my own turbo manifold. but my question is that where can i put my oil drain at. like i kow i could put in the oil pan but how high up does the oil go and would it flow good. and then my other question is that since im not running my omp and im premixing. could i put my oil drian pipe where the omp once was like right there i in the front cover. but would it drian right o is the oil up to high. i dont have much experience with turbos so this is all kinda new to me but i wanna do the swap

In arron cakes write up he had a bung comin off the oil cooler. And the drain was back to the oil pan.

the OMP drain is a pretty good idea, but you'll take out the gear/shaft, which is pretty easy. of course you'll take the front cover off and there's 2 clip rings on each side of the gear then the shaft comes out.
Premix/OMP removal is over rated. but to each his own.

The hassle of taking off the front cover, removing the gear, blocking the metering oil pump feed passage an then putting everything back on again is just too much work to be worth it. As the oil pan has to come off anyway, you might as well just add the bung to the oil pan and skip all the front cover work.

Also, why would you use the TII intake manifolds and make your own exhaust manifold? If you use the TII intakes, you can bolt on any exhaust manifold designed for a TII.
