What exact voltage source (which wire) did you use to hardwire the fuel pump.

The fuel pump doesn't have a B/W wire. Did you wire in a new relay, and if so, which wire was the trigger wire for the relay.

The Circuit Opening Relay (located under the dash) has two rows of wires in a Black and Yellow colored relay. The bottom row has two wires, one Black the other Brown. Jumper both wires together and try to start the car.

After the jumper is in place take a voltage reading of the Blue wire (top row far right position in relay plug) w/key to on. Should have close to battery voltage. And the same wire should have voltage w/key to start as well.

It's just to the right of the steering column and is rather easy to access.
