More rats nest removal questions 12A




Am i supposed to remove this and all its attached to down under the car? I don't even know what this thing is. The tutorial on mazspeed I think says to fabricate a blanking plate for this but I'm not sure.

It's part of the exhaust system. I kept it and hooked it up to my new catalytic converters I bought.
