Milky Substance in oil filler Cap.

Hey all.
Just wondering if anyone knew what the milky substance was about in the oil filler cap on my 94 RX7 the previous owner only used this as a weekend car?

It's from moisture in the oil system. It's normal, especially for a FD that's not driven hard or often. Clean up the cap and make sure to keep up on your oil changes.

I had an excessive amount of that stuff, then the same liquid showed up on my stick for my radiator reservoir. One of my engine seals blew, and was leaking heavily. It dumped tons of oil into my rad fluid and apparently vice versa.
