Max power from standard port s4 13bt??

Hey guys,
I want to know how much power i could get out t of my S4 13BT in my FC3S without needing to pull the engine out and port it and the order of mods i should get to achieve this.I have 400hp in mind but if it's simply not achieveable ill have to just settle for what ever the MAX is . So far the only mods are a 3" downpipe into 2.5" exhaust to stock mufflers. Gilmor Belt Driver . Pod Filter . Tien Adjusties . sitting on a set of Rays Engineering 6 spoke 17x8.5 front 17x9 rear wrapped in fully directional tyres. Boost gauge and turbo timer.

Shopping List :

- Alloy radiator
- V-Mount Intercooler
- Oil Pressure,Water Temp gauge (voltage on the turbo timer)
- Battery Box (battery in Boot)
- Bigger Turbo and Exterbal Wastegate
- Walbro 500hp full pump

What else?????

Yea,
Sorry I forgot the expensive(r) stuff ECUs ive been looking at Apexi Power FC and Microtech Lt10s.
Hadn't heard of a wideband O2 setup before ill do some research.
Do these injectors fit stock fuel rail?
Can you buy manifolds like to suit this setup or do they need to be custom?

Thanks for the help man.

not exactly sure where it would top out, but you'd probably crack the front or rear side housing before you got there. that seems to be the deal with S4s, though I have "seen" where a few of them held up.

standalone, wideband o2, 3inch turbo back, bigger injectors, and tissues as you watch your bank account dwindle into the mud.

and your questions were understood and answered in as good a way as you're going to get them answered with any kind of conscience or comprehensive outlook. questions like yours are best answered in broad strokes. it may seem vague to you, but that should prompt you to research more. if I (or anyone else) gave an actual number, it either ends in (1) I blew up 2 engines at 290 ... OR (2) an argument/free-for-all flame-fest because somebody that knows of somebody achieved 430 and it still running strong.

I suppose I could have said 349.9 whp because it's below the 350-400 range that most people accept where you're likely to start "real" twisting under detonation. however, what about the people with S4 blocks that have blown up engines far below that or have ventured into power levels above?

I took the information I had and answered the best way I thought I could since there will probably be other people (some that may even know less than you) reading this in the future. the engine is capable of making more than the range I mentioned, but it will all depend on what mods and tuning philosophy are applied - also, yes, some luck.

as for your question on what order to do the modifications, i'm sure there is probably a primer somewhere in the Gen II sections, maybe even archived. have you bothered to check? the point here again is that if you ask 10 different random people that have done it, you're likely to get just as many answers. how do you determine who is right and who is wrong if they were all successful? only you know your situation and it's up to you to take the broad strokes and tailor it to something that makes sense to your situation.

at any rate, i'll engage. for me, it seems the exhaust system is the obvious place to begin and i'm willing to bet most others will agree. however, from this point onward, you'll likely get varying answers.

again, this is just for me (and I have my reasons):
exhaust
intercooling
engine cooling
engine management
bigger turbo and fuel (in tandem)
water/R-OH injection
