Did a search, but only found results for twin oem set ups. Wanting to do a budget 300whp set up, but I dont think thats ideal with an oem turbo.

OK, so I am assuming the question is that you want to know some options for a 13BT engine with an OEM turbo, but you have only seen information on 13B-REW engines?

Your profile says that you have a 1Gen RX-7, so I am not sure what you have planned, but for a 2Gen Turbo II the typical budget setup is a BNR turbo upgrade, Rtek ECU upgrade, and supporting fuel system upgrades such as larger fuel injectors, Walbro in-tank fuel pump, and Aeromotive fuel pressure regulator. The BNR website below will state the RWHP range for each upgrade level for the OEM turbo.

Nope. It's a little bit more involved than just slapping parts on the engine.
If you have a 1st gen then one suggestion is to get a 2nd gen TII engine and run aftermarket Ecu and injectors.etc.
Your heart may be in the right place in the quest for power but the Price is gonna stick in your gut like bad sushi.

I understand what else is needed. But to my understanding, a TII manifold will bolt onto the engine I have.

What engine do you have right now?
12A?13B?
Year?
If you are going to ask,you may as well state the specifics.
Yes,a N/A Engine can be converted to Turbo BUT it is not just slapping on parts as stated. These parts need to be modified, especially of you plan on Making a 6 port N/A engine into a Turbo Engine.
For instance, the Lower manifold needs to addressed. You can't put a 4 port TII Lower manifold on a 6 Port engine. It takes modification.
You may say you understand but you are not seeing the info yet..
