Anyone bought from them lately or know if they ever reply to email? I've sent two emails in the last 2 weeks with no response

 

its just 2 of them. they work very hard. sometimes things go un-replied. if youre asking for something custom then that may contribute to why youre not getting anywhere.

 

I get that it's just two people, doesn't mean you ignore emails when running an online business.

try contacting them on instagram or facebook

 

I don’t know...two weeks wouldn’t be acceptable if you want my business. Especially if there are alternatives.

Having a business email and not responding is not "prioritizing" , it's bad business.

 

I agree with everything Spider said here. But,... I ordered their undertray and brake ducts last year, got an immediate reply/invoice, and the parts shipped 2-3 weeks later. I was happy with the service and products.

Since then they have added many more products for many more cars, so they might be swamped now that the economy is picking up. The materials guy at my company gets over 1000 emails a day.

 

I ordered the FD Aluminum Spare Tire Cover on 5/3/2021. Just got an email today (5/19/2021) with a tracking number and that it will be shipped out today. When I ordered the part, the website and order confirmation email said it can take 2-3 weeks before they ship the part out.

 

They got back to me, just took a few.

 

Hi all, I also have tried to contact them twice by using their website form but never got a reply. I want to buy 3 of their products and I want to ask about combined shipping...they suggest to contact them in that case but I am still waiting for a reply. Does anyone have any contact telephone number?

 

I found their direct email address and bought 4 items from them. Athought that I am located in Greece and shipping costs were really high, these awesome people from LRB offered combined shipping for their items and returned to me more than half of the shipping costs!!!
They are a true asset to the car community! Support them guys!!!

 

Bought from them about six months ago and almost immediately got an email stating production times were longer than expected. I also believe they post a disclaimer on their website. I didn't mind and appreciated they let me know.
