The UIM must come off; they're connected.

You will need to replace the gasket between the LIM and block, and the gasket between UIM and LIM. While you're in that area, you may as well replace the fuel lines. Use only high pressure 5/16" fuel injection line. Generic, low pressure fuel/emissions hose is not recommended. You can replace injector o-rings and grommets at the same time.

Yes, I bought some 100 psi rated fuel line (SAE 30R9 I think) at NAPA awhile back. The generic hose you'll find will be SAE 30R7, which is rated for only 50 psi & not intended for fuel injection.
