any performance to gained from replacing 20 year old wheel bearing??

I was wondering if I replaced my wheel bearings which are 20 years old now, could i possibly gain any acceleration or top speed performance from reducing drag as the wheels turned? Mazdatrix sells everything you need for front and rear wheel bearing replacements. Any specific grease I should use?

If the bearings are on the verge of wearing out, yes the car will roll better. Generally though at this point the bearing is not going to last much longer.

Lift each wheel and rotate it. If you have additional drag you will notice the difference.
