Lots of questions in capslock
As the thread title states, I have a lot of questions which will be provided in caps lock. I recently just bought an FD3S from japan. It was shipped over seas to my residence and is now in my drive way. The car runs and seems to be in good condition although, I have noticed a few things that irritate me. I don't know a whole lot about cars so bear with me if these questions are stupid 
.
1. This is a two-part question. My seatbelt light does not shut off. It just keeps flashing on and off constantly. When the light is on, the windows don't work. When the light is off, they work perfectly. WHY DOES THE SEATBELT LIGHT NOT SHUT OFF? WHY DON'T THE WINDOWS WORK WHEN THE SEAT BELT LIGHT IS ON?
2. If my car is on and idling, the lights are always open. They cannot be closed via the close switch or by turning the lights off switch. Secondly, the lights off switch does not turn the lights off. They are the same brightness at all times. WHAT IS THE CAUSE OF THIS?
3. I have noticed that beside my boost gauge (which I don't know how to read) there is a dial which sets PSI from 0 - 60 or some number. All I would like to know here is WHAT PSI SHOULD THIS BE SET TO?
4. My car idle's normally around 1.4k rpm when I have it turned on. One day I had turned it on and had been working on unclogging my windshield wiper fluid tubes when I noticed that the engine started to bog down. I got into the car and seen that it was now idling at around 700 rpm and seemed to struggle to stay alive. I gave it some gas to see if just needed a little boost and revd it to 3k then let off the gas. The rpm's plumeted to like 100 and then gradually over about 10 seconds worked its way back up to 700 and idle'd. This exact same thing happened again when i turned on the interior lights, 700 down to 100 back up to 700... I turned off the car and shut down for the day. The next day everything was running normally again. COULD ANYONE EXPLAIN TO ME WHAT IS GOING ON HERE?

Damn man seems lile u have a major electrical issue. Wish i could help but like you iam a noob.

I payed 10k total. But yeah, it seems that all the problems are somewhat related and may all be caused by the same thing. My best guess is that someone screwed up some wiring or something when installing some new stuff. I have no idea though. I read on boost control and what i got is that i should have it set around 12 psi. Is this correct? Other than that, any help with the other questions is still appreciated!!!!
