looking for opinion

so i have been looking for an fc last few weeks. i found an 88 turboII thats the guy says in fairly good condition, needs tires and **** has a few dents missing sunroof cover which im not sure what he means, he also says the speedometer is broken and the window switch is broken, the car has some mods, exhaust front mount intercooler. not sure what else. i think its got some mileage and sounds like a younger guy probly beet on her alot cause he hasnt been driving it lately, says he doesnt have the money to put into it anymorre, and he only wants 3000. so im a little sketched out to buy something that might have a bunch of problems. i also found an 88 na owned by a 51 yr old man who says its mint condition nothing wrong with it had a new clutch put it and needs nothin 102,000 miles only wants 2000. id like to go turbo eventuallly but i dont wanna buy something with hidden problems. i figure if i buy the na i could throw an lsd in there suspension brakes then over time do a turbo swap and call it a day. so what would u do if u were me?

IMO if these are all the problems that the turbo has and not even more, then you're good to go. It's not much of a big deal... They can be fixed later one by one.
If you don't need the more power, go for the N/A - only if it is really ok, as described.

My 0.02$, that's what I would do...
