maybe he means difference and can't spell???
If so, the only difference between a Jspec and US spec 13BT (Turbo charged 4 port S4 or S5 motor) is minor emissions (US spec has a EGR valve and Port air valve- Jspecs don't) and the Pulsation dampener and fuel pressure regulator are reversed (on US spec the PD is on the main injector rail and the FPR is on the secondary, while on the Jspec the PD is on the secondary fuel rail and the FPR is on the main fuel rail.
As far as everything else including horsepower, torque, compression, rotor weight, port size, injector size, housings, water pump, etc... it is all the same.
I would expect all Aus spec motors to be exactly the same as Jspec, since Aus doesn't have the same emissions requirements as the States.
