I'm looking for engines that I could put into my RX7 and I'm not sure if the 13b-turbo will match up right. If you guys could fill me in, it would be much appreciated.
I'm also a bit of a welder if there are any minor tweaks I'd need to make.

There have been many Turbo 13B swaps into the 1st gen RX-7.
You will also need to bring the turbo transmission over.
You can use the 1st gen front cover for mounting.

Thanks, I think I'm just going to stick with my 12A. I was reading a topic that explained switching our the stationary gears and installing an oil pump from a 13B. Later, I might install a turbo, but I'm going to work on what is available to me now.

There is no real point swapping the stationary gears or oil pump unless you are putting out some power. A stock port, even a street ported or bridge ported 12A won't make enough power to make that worth it.
