I'm out of ideas.

My car was down for awhile as I slowly installed a V-Mount. As I've been putting things back together I noticed my Tach and odometer have stopped working. I did the wire jump technique and that brought the Tach back but not the odometer. So then I pulled apart the Speedo to try and do the Cap fix but none of mine are leaking. I don't know what to try next. My only thought is to start replacing all the capacitors, even though they look fine, and hope that works.

Any other ideas that might help or save time? Thanks!

Check signal and power input at the pigtails with the key on before you start replacing the capacitors if they aren’t needed
