Idles poorly under 1k rpm, loping idle, no power and bogs down under 4k rpm; 1990 ver

1990 vert s5 N/A. I made a thread earlier regarding fixing my loping idle, possibly running on one rotor and my exhaust header glowing, and after replacing all vacuum lines, rebuilding omp lines, rebuilding fuel injectors, cleaning the main ground, and replacing UIM and throttle body gaskets, and restabbing CAS again, my header issue is gone, and the car drives better and idles lower.
NEW PROBLEM: Car wants to die with AC on now, possibly related to my BAC valve. The car will bog and I have to rev it high to not stall from a stop, until I get past 4k rpm and it drives just fine, and I can feel the aux ports opening. Replacing my leading coil seemed to fix my higher end power loss, but I still have no low end power. CAS is aligned and turned all the way clockwise. I cannot find any vacuum leaks either, and I cannot get my idle low enough to use my timing light
TL;DR, why is my rx-7 down on power until i reach 4k rpm? Can BAC valve cause loping idle and low power? I have compression, I have spark, and I at least know my secondaries are getting fuel, I'm not sure how to check primaries.

welcome to the board.

i'm not sure what's going on now with the idle. a part of your post makes it sound like you fixed an idle problem, then another part makes it sound like you still have one. can you clarify?

this jumps out at me a bit. have you actually put a light on the car and SET the timing? the car can idle fine over a range of timing. so it can seem it can idle just fine, but can go out of whack when trying to advance under load. likewise, timing can be the cause of a crappy idle so i would probably start there. put a light on it and see what it tells you.

as far as vacuum leaks go, they can be kind of insidious. while i don't necessarily think a vacuum leak is at play here, i rarely discount them. when you confirm that you have the timing sorted, then you might want to take another look for a leak.

unless the primary injectors are sticky/faulty/dirty, there really is nothing to check per se. they can cause power loss, but again, i'd start with the timing.
