Track down the leak using standard techniques. I like to get the engine running and warmed up, then squirt water around the engine bay. You will find the vacuum leak when the engine sucks in the water and changes tone.

Find a shop that uses the smoke system to test for vacuum leaks. the engine does not have to be running.

Its it a seal that needs to be replaced? if so replace it. Or if its a crack then replace the intake. The hard part is finding the leak. The repair should be self explanitory after that.
