idle problems

I have a 1979 rx7 and i cant start it with out useing the choke even when its warm outside? anyone know what could be causeing this ?

hard starting when warm is usually an indication of lean running conditions, especially at idle.

check the spark plugs, if they're a brilliant white there is not enough fuel, if they're black you're getting too much fuel, you want them to be a nice golden brown.

I strongly recommend a wideband o2 sensor on all carburetted vehicles.

Could be a massive vacuum leak.

hmmm I'm go check those then and buy a hose and replace it... yes a cold start like even after using the choke at some stops it will stall out

it's located in the exhaust system near the engine and used on fuel injected cars to help control fuel mixture.

Thanks man Im just replace that and vacume hose think that might solve the problem?
