CA Idle Problem Please Help !!

I just recently installed a rebuilt 13bt S4 street ported motor from Rotary Performance, I've got FMIC as well, I've had some Injector issues but those are solved now, Stock ECU and injectors No boost controler. The motor stumbles around 3500 rpm's and will not idle . What am I don or not doing or what should I look for? Can Some one help me please !!!

Yes been through all that, cheched and double check all the vacuum lines to make sure there were no leaks. Now the motor did come fully assembled from Rotary performance, and I have had to change the injectors once, also one quick question . the solenoids what is the color order of them? maybe I have them in the wrong sequence and that could be giving me difficulty.

When you changed the injectors, did you use new o-rings?

How are your grounds? http://www.aaroncake.net/rx-7/grounding.htm

Can you describe the idle problem exactly? Is it high, low, rough, etc?

I don't know the solenoid order off hand but there is a diagram in the FSM.
