From: tulsa,ok.
Fuel line needs to be disconnected, and it's best to test the pressure w/the gauge inline instead of dead headed.

So the problem was a bad wiring harness. Its all fixed now.

Its the engine harness, the one that goes to the fuel injectors. Havent taken it to inspection yet, but it runs alot cleaner.

The emission harness connects to the injectors.
