I dont know what to do...

I will try to be brief.. sorry if this isnt the right place for this but i dont have 20 post yet so here goes..

I have a 93 FD i just recently had a fresh rebuild done by Bryan at Rotorsports in NC.. Im somewhere around 800 miles on this new motor. It was dyno tuned by him at a awd shop in Kannapolis. Everything has been running smoothly he tuned it a little on the fat side to be safe making 340 to the wheel on 14.9 psi.

Was driving around yesterday and everything was fine not a problem. Parked the car and about 4 hours later went to crank her up and she fired immediately but very rough low idle between 500 and 750 sounds like a v8 with a cam.. so i guess its running on one rotor..

Checked fuel pressure @ regulator 40 psi like always, changed plugs checked for spark on all wires thats fine, dont see any fuel leaking out of the injectors.. this is crazy.. why would it happen while sitting and not under load? When i GENTLY rev from 750 to 1500 there is a strong vibration and slight popping out of the tail pipe.. when i popped the last seal i could hear pinging from the motor, but everything sounds smooth even through the rev.. I just dont know what to do i spent a good amount of cash on this fresh motor and im feeling really depressed right now. Here are my mods.

Power FC
Garret GT35r
3 inch manifold
full 3 inch hks hi power exhaust
Extruded and Honed Upper and Lower intake
Tial 44mm wastegate
Okada Projects Plasma Booster
RX7 store extreme Fuel Kit (w 860cc/1600cc)
Vmount Intercooler and Koyo radiator
DeatschWerks fuel pump

i usually monitor the knock sensor on the power fc when i had stock motor with single turbo it never really went past one little notch on the scale.. well on the way home from rotorsport i was looking at the power fc and knock sensor was goin nuts when i would get into boost a little so i called him and he said not to worry about it because it wasnt a reliable reading.. dunno if that has something to do with it or not.

Engine has 2 piece 2mm ceramic seals a streetport done by Bryan and the cooling mod inside the coolant jackets..

Any info will be appreciated..

I would call Bryan and talk to him.

I'd also do a compression test.
