I cant get Bolt of to get in motor

OKay so I got the flywheel nut and flywheel off my 13bt but when I tried to take off the bolt on the other side of the shaft It wouldnt come off.

I tried heating it up with a torch and an impact gun that was powerful enough to get the flywheel nut off within seconds but it just wont come off.

Anyone have any good advice??

Id really appreciate it, thanks

You need to heat it with a torch to release the Loctite, and bang on it with a large impact gun.

Yeah its a major pain. Get it gooooood and hot and go for it. It seemed to work for me.

You may need to put the flywheel back on to hold it.

Heat it cherry red. A regular old propane torch probably won't do it, but the inexpensive MAPP gas/oxy setups will.

Put the Flywheel Back on,with it's key,Etc..
That way you can use the Flywheel to stop the Engine from rotating.
Secure the Flywheel by using a small piece of cahain and run a bolt from the pressure plate Through the Chain. The other side of the chain gets bolted to the Right hand side of the Rear of the engine(that is the side I usually use!.).
Once the flywheel is Chained you can attempt to get at that 19mm nut on the Pulley.
Turn it so that the secures flywheel has all slack out of it,then using a good size breaker bar( I use a 3-1/2 footer),Or an Impact, and it will Come off real nicely.
