You can generally go up a few PSI (to around 8 PSI) with a completely stock fuel system.

Any higher and you need to increase fuel. For very mild increases (say, to less then 10 PSI) then an upgraded fuel pump is usually sufficient. For more boost (above 10 to the turbo's limit of 12-14) you will require larger secondary injectors and some way to control them (ie. S-AFC).

In any case, going above 8.6 PSI will require the installation of an FCD.

perfect, thank you, so here is my other question , can i run bigger injectors an a better fuel pump with a stock ecu., an do you need a stand alone system to run the secondary injectors, an whats the hp running 10 pd of boost on a some what dd car, an how bad is it gonna be on the engine, an the most important question will it beat my fathers 07 mustang gt.lol with the boost turned up an better fuel delivery

You can run a bigger fuel pump with the stock ECU, but you can't use larger injectors. Injector size changes will require something like an Rtek chipped ECU (www.pocketlogger.com), an AFC fuel controller, or a standalone EMS. 10psi of boost, along with proper fuel, is just fine on the engine.

Porting the intake won't help, and there is no point (or even a part available) to go to a larger throttle body.

At around 10 PSI, the low side of 200HP. Somewhere around 220-230HP.

does taking off any of the smog stuff give it any more hp or does it just let the engine breath better

It just simplifies things if you are talking about the rats nest.

The only thing that is "emissions" related that you can remove to add HP are the cats.

The easiest way for you to gain HP at the moment is to just up the boost a little.

If you remove the cats, then yes. Once you remove the cats you can also remove the air pump, ACV, block off the EGR and basically disable the emissions system. But it only removing the cats that results in a power gain.

You need an FCD.

You should always find a good rotary tuner and ask him, if he is going to be the guy to tune your car, what he would do. If you are wanting to up the boost and be safe you will need a tune and as far as what parts to use...that is a pretty subjective subject. The best thing to do is ask your tuner. If you dont have a tuner find one cause you will need him.
