How do i check for fuel?

My 89 turbo wont start and i want to know how to check for fuel into the rotors the easiest way before i start trying.

Ive already checked to make sure the fuel is pumping to atleast the filter but maybe the problem lies beyond that such as it the fuel rails or something.

Thank you

You can crank the engine over a few times and then pull the spark plugs. They should be wet.

Disconnecting the return line will tell you if there is fuel flowing through the system.

If you have an automotive stethoscope, you can listen to the primary injectors (though they are a little hard to access) while someone cranks the car.
