MO Horsepower estimate

I plan to do a complete rebuild on my FC, as I've already started ordering stuff. I'm just really curious if anyone can give me an estimate on how much horsepower I can expect to be pushing.

13B-RE Cosmo Swap
2mm "Rotary Aviation" apex seals
large streetport
Haltech Platinum Sport1000 EMS
RC fuel injectors (something like 1000 primary, 1600 secondary)
Single turbo conversion to a Turbonetics T3T4 pushing about 12lbs.
Full 3" turbo-back exhaust
40mm wastegate
Aeromotive FPR
Aux. injection
Walbro 255 fuel pump
Lightweight flywheel (if that's even hp related)

Thanks in advance.

T3/T4 is a generic term for about a thousand different turbos. You'd have to get specifics such as compressor/turbine wheel family and dimensions, as well as the A/R of both housings.

Sorry, I don't really have the expertise to give you an hp estimate, but I will say I'm pretty sure that a lightweight flywheel does improve your whp even if only a little. Anything that reduces load on the engine will.

Pretty sure the turbo is the "60 series". 4" inlet, from what I remember, .60 AR. Don't know all the specs, as I won't be home for another month and a half.

That's why I included the flywheel, thought it must be somewhat hp related.

The Walbro was already installed when I bought the car. Haven't had a problem with it yet though. Is the Bosch more reliable or something? I bought the turbo last year knowing I'd do this rebuild. I got it for $600 brand new, how could I pass that up. From turbonetics it'd cost about $1,200.

A 60-1 or 62-1 compressor with an appropriately sized turbine wheel/housing will be good for in excess of 400 whp at around 1 bar.

Walbros flow well, but they have a mixed reputation. There are a lot of knock offs, and they're known for being noisy. Personally, I would go with a SupraTT pump, which is about the best drop-in pump available. A Bosch 044 will require modification if used in-tank.

Ah, I didn't see that you had already purchased the turbo.

The set-up will definitely be powerful. Here is a great fuel system "Power Planner" by Aeromotive. -> Aeromotive: EFI Power Planner

Not that you necessarily have to use all of their products. It'll give you a pretty good idea for setting up fuel systems that will be producing some radical HP.

It's difficult to post accurate numbers. An estimate... Yes. It's safe to say ~400+ RWHP (as was pretty much stated by RotaryRocket88.) - It'll come down to the tune.

thanks for the info/links/suggestions, I'll keep them in mind. Ya, I noticed how noisy my pump is at times but, not having any modified car experience, I thought that's what all aftermarket pumps sound like. I like the Aeromotive planner you linked dwb87. It's pretty pricey but I'll keep it in consideration.

You will want to swap out the sleaves once you have it apart.

There's no specs on the turbine side for that turbo on the website. Be careful, because if it has a T3 turbine side as is common in piston applications, it is much too small for a rotary. With you setup I'd recommend .96 T4.

What problems would I run into if it's too small??

Not enough boost to hit your HP goal. Your fuel modifications will be overkill.
