High idle

High idle
1987 Turbo 5 speed with 74K on it. I adjusted the idle down as far as it would go (screw all the way in) and it would only go down to 1000 vice 750. All the accessories were turned off in the car. Any known issues to look for before I start searching for a vacuum leak would be appreciated. Other than that the car runs great.
