At current rates, the owner is asking for $10,358.20 for the car.

Sound right for what can be seen?

Seems like a reasonable vehicle. The front mount intercooler won't control air intake and coolant temperatures very well if you're in a hot part of Pakistan and you spend a lot of time with the car not moving.

As always, I recommend getting a 3rd party in the UK to perform a compression test and verifying the integrity of the coolant seals. At 47k miles, an original engine might not have many miles left. The radiator is stock so when (if) you get it, I would also buy new aluminum radiator and replace all of the cooling system hoses with new Mazda hoses. Request the maintenance records and look for regular oil changes (3k miles) and fuel filter changes.

Dear Dave

Thanks for help and comments i real appreciate that you contribute on Free Call of Help.

Bro i am living in a 50/50 ( average ) climate area like its not too cold or nor too hot. It is hard to find any part of Rx-7-8/Rotary/Mazda so if u want anything u have to order it or can buy it from crashed Rx-7-8 owners and their demands touch's sky.

Sure i will request the owner to mail me maintenance records and sum more pics i asked him for pics or any video but he didn't respond of it.

Dave i have a confusion regarding Import of this vehicle, so can you please put sum lights on this :-/
i am still confused let me tell u, i got friends and relatives out there so what will be the procedure to bring the
Princess to the Pakistan

Sorry I have no idea what it takes to import from UK to Pakistan.

The US generally doesn't allow imports of this kind of car so the best hope is to find someone in Pakistan who can help you.

Given that it's so hard to find parts and expertise to work on your car, I strongly recommend you make sure the car is in good mechanical shape before it enters your country. These cars need more maintenance than average so I recommend you also investigate how to import parts.
