Help with a few leaks

My car is leaking. I've deduced that its the power steering since I have to refill it every few days lol. I added a pic to show the tube that is cracking and was hoping you guys could help me with it. And also the radiator has a bit of coolant seeping out from the top. Do I need a new one?
