Turbo opinion

Hello guys im builting a rx7 fd single turbo but since is my first rotary engine built i have some guestions. I bought a Precision billet 6065E 6076E 60-1 680HP with - T4 Tangential .81, A/R with 3 5/8" V-Band discharge with megan racing manifold and a 40mm wastegate but i was told this setup is really small is that true?

I would run that turbo. Should make decent hp and have great spool. Average power is far more important than peak power.
