OH heater fan blows, no heat

checked antifreeze level , it's ok. checked two big fuses inside cabin on drivers side, neither needs reset. fans are blowing air thru vents but it just feels like outside air. Technical suggestions appreciated. Have owned this 88 non turbo since 95. heat never a prior issue. Thanks

is the air mix motor moving
disconect the LOGICON connector run a jumper from a 12v source to terminal F and a ground to terminal G. if the motor moves to full hot then it is probably the logicon if it doesn't then motor or harness
pin out for the connector is as follows
QOMKIGECA
RPNLJHFDB

Make sure the water valve is moving as well (I don't have a test procedure handy for that other then visual inspection)
