welcome to the board.

for no-starts, ALWAYS start with the basics:

1. fuel supply
2. ignition (which you have done)
3. compression

it's not often the case, but you also want to make sure there is enough power (electrical).

The year of the car is 1986. Its n/a. I checked the voltage @ the fuel pump and was only getting 2.5. My next step is the relay. Ive pulled it out and I am trying to figure out which pins to test and for which resistance. Does anybody know where to go to get this information?

Was this w/key to start?

Top row far left wire gets voltage w/key to start (about 10 volts). Wire next to it gets voltage w/key to on(about 12 volts). Wire next to it gets voltage both w/key to start and key to on (about 8 to 12 volts). This is the wire which runs to the pump.

Ok, if you have already checked the timing and spark. I would check the fuel pump, filter, and lines.

I checked the voltage at the relay and it was 12v. I pulled the relay and tested it just from the battery and it worked so I opened it up reconnected it and held it closed. It ran fine so I got a relay and that was the problem. Thank you everyone that helped
