So while driving my high beam blue light on the dash started flickering... Shortly after, headlights both turned off. Then on, then off. Now, they will not come on at all. The blue high beam light stopped flickering and the high beams work as they should. High beam light on dash comes on/off as it should. Relay for headlights is clicking like it should when I turn them on but no power to either light. Any suggestions? I am no longer pop-ups, just HID's. I've plugged in other bulbs with no luck...

 

Even though the relay is clicking, it's likely still bad. Your exact symptoms are what happens when that relay quits. Hopefully you're talking about the one in the boot next to the 2 primary fuse boxes. You can pull a relay from the front fuse box and swap it out just to see. If that doesn't work then the next thing would be the light stalk itself.
