Unhappy replaced main harnes...ignition and headlights not working.HELP

Ok so my main harness melted the BIG one that goes from the passanger side across the dash to the drivers side to the BIG fues box into the engine bay to the starter ti the alt. to the main fues box in the engine across the front bumper to the passanger side.

I got it all replace and the dash wires connected, didnt bolt the dash justfor this reason. everthing works heater/AC controles break lights inside lights window sunroof, all but the head lights and the ignition wont turn over at all not even try. I jumped power to the starter to make sure it was working. when the harness melted it still cranked just wouldnt start cause the EGI fues wires were melted through, and the head lights went a lil crazy then wouldnt turn off even though the keys were out. I used all the relays in the front bumper I got with the harness cause a couple of mine looked a lil damaged and the big relay, next to the coil pack right where the harness first comes through the fire wall, I had to use the one that came with the harness cause the wires on mine were melted.

Im tired and cant really think straigt this was alot bigger of a job then I thought and Iv beed working on it a total of about 21-22 hours over the past couple days!!!!
If any one knows whats up or has any ideas of what to check out please help.

Thanks
Josh

The starter to battery is a different harness. Don't know about the headlights except that either something has to be unplugged or something shorted after installation.

Ok head lights were my dumb friend, thats why I didnt let hip help much, he only pluged in one of the blue plugs that go to the dash.

I have tried to bypass the clutch relay and the relay for the anti-thieft system and nothing changed. everything now works all lights radio everthing. the idiot lights are all on when the key is on.

there are a couple connections Im not sure about.
These are all on the harness in the the car on the drivers side.
Large clear plug with 13 wires. I think its for the power stearing but my car didnt come with that.
a 3 wire plug with only 2 wires in it Black w/Green stripe and Black w/Red stripe. its a male plug with female connectors. This plug is not on my old harness and I have no IDEA what it is.
2 wire plug Green w/White and Blue w/red female plug w/male connectors and it has a foam like wrap on the plug its with all the ignition wires kinda long.

there is 2 in the engine bay
next to the T coil pack a 1 wire plug Black w/yellow
next to the fues box a oval connector 2 wires one Black w/White stripe w/red dots and the other is a light green color.

maybe this can narrow it down.
