Check the fuel pump pickup sock for debris and the tank for broken baffles.

As for the coolant buzzer, are you sure it's full? If you are absolutely sure, test the level sensor as per the factory service manual. Make sure the level sensor is actually plugged in...

Need more details.
What mods does the car have?
Has it always done this or just started?

Chances are you have a problem with the idle control systems. Could be something as simple as the dashpot needs to be replaced. You can read about other idle issues and fixes in the 3rd gen FAQ here: https://www.rx7club.com/3rd-generation-specific-1993-2002-16/faq-3rd-gen-other-useful-links-68640/
Scroll down to the D section for dashpot.

The cutting out in corners makes me wonder if the wiring harness that goes over the driver side front wheel might be damaged. Remove the plastic fender liner and check that out.

The only reason the coolant buzzer would beep is if you are low on coolant or their is air in the system. Do a coolant system pressure test to check for leaks. Also read the coolant threads in the FAQ thread to learn how to bleed air out of the system and troubleshoot it in general.

Spend some time reading that FAQ to learn about repairs and mods.

Or the harness wire for the low-level sensor is broken and isn't grounded out properly.

I'm unaffiliated, but if need be, IR PERFORMANCE is only about 35 miles away from you in NJ. It's a respected rotary shop here on the forum.

So have you looked at any of the stuff suggested in this thread?

It sounds as though you might be best served by bringing the car to an experienced mechanic.
