I'm not sure of the exact location on a TII. My best guess.....from the intake manifold to the firewall. If there's an engine hanger mounted to the intake manifold it will probably use one of it's bolts. The end with the black tab will mount to the firewall, probably to a bracket also used by something else. Otherwise free bump.

it's an FD ground strap. it bolts to the engine lift hook top mount bolt at the backside of the UIM, other end attaches to the firewall between the ABS pump and UIM just above the brake booster hard line(same mount hole that the brake booster hard line mounts to the firewall with, the locating tab sits just under the hood seal at the top edge of the firewall).
FC ground strap bolts to the same firewall location but mounts on the other end to the top of the transmission with a 10mm bolt.
