Funky lean issue

Hello forum,
I bought a FC3S TII 4 months ago. Since I have put a K&N Cold air intake, Hallman boost controller, Rtek 1.5, Autometer boost guage in the car. Recently I installed an Rtek 1.8, BNR Stage 4 twin scroll, Injector dynamics 725cc Primaries and 850cc Secondaries, #6 AN Teflon Stainless braided fuel line and a Aeromotive FPR plumbed into the fuel rails in parellel not series an AEM UGEO wideband o2 sensor (installed at the end of me downpipe. Corksport AFM to Turbo tube and Greddy thrust turbo back exhaust, Removed fuel pump and injector resistors.

The car runs like a BEAST when accelerating with a A/F ratio of 11 - 10 clean through out the powerband. My issue is with idle and cruising ratios. When warming up the a/f ratio will start at 12 and work its way to 16 -17 and stay there even when revving the motor. Once I load the motor up it drops to 11. Cruzing at highway speeds it will run from 11 after acceleration to 15 and bounce between 15 and 16 like that is where the narrow band o2 is telling the ecu to keep the fuel adjusted.

Starts perfectly purrs at idle.

Any input is welcome.
