AB fuel system for 400hp?

im the process of going single turbo and my goal is to make 400rwhp. i have a fresh rebuilt engine with 3mm apex seals, and a basic street port on the exhaust, no porting on intake. i have a greddy t78,fmic, and power fc. i am wondering what fuel system modifactions are needed to make this power? im thinking new rails, 850cc primaries and 1200cc secondaries (going on what others have done) and an upgraded pump? is this enough? to much? or is 400rwhp unrealistic without further porting?

550 primary's 1600 secondary's Upgraded single intake fuel pump, upgraded FPR

On a single turbo you should be able to get 400 easy on pump and even safer on alcohol injection.

I am running 850 Pri and 1600 Sec, Twin intake pumps, this @ 83% DC makes close to 600.
