fuel all over the ground

Have an 85 gsl-se. The fuel pulsator had a leak, took it out, put in a new one and now it won't start and fuel is POURING onto the ground. Any Ideas what may have happened?

I pinched and tore the copper fuel line right at the fitting! Any ideas for repair?
