My FC Turbo II is kinda bogging down when I try to get on the throttle, I've checked a few threads and most of them mention something about the ground wires, or fuel restriction. What should the fuel pressure gauge be reading?

 

I believe stock is 42.5psi.

You should be able to confirm in the factory service manual (FSM), which you can abundantly find for free to download.
