Fresh motor, now misfiring

I just replaced the engine in my 92 jdm rx7 with a brand new crate motor and it ran great for 50km and now it's misfiring badly at idle and at partial throttle. With it being a jdm I can't easily run the lights unless I can get an LED. There are no apparent van leaks. I'm currently waiting on a tow truck as I don't want to damage anything, so my diagnostics are limited. Any help?

It could be a bunch of stuff, not necessarily something wrong with the engine.
Fuel system ( leaking injectors,)
ignition system( bad coils, arching wires, etc,.)

search in in the forum and you will find a lot of info and how to troubleshoot.
good luck.!
